Pumpkin Croissant

Pumpkin Croissant

I'm the Queen of Easy Cooking.  These croissants are absolutely delish.  I make them during the fall season, and always bring them to my Aunts for Thanksgiving.  They are easy to make and oh so delish! 
 
Preheat Oven 375 F degrees

Ingredients

2 crescent rolls tubes
Roll crescent rolls out on pan and cut lengthwise in half
 
Filling:
8oz. cream cheese
1c canned pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp sugar
 Mix together filling, beat until fluffy
Spread filling on crescent rolls (about 1 tbs)
Roll up rolls
 
Mix in bowl
4 tbs sugar
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
Roll each croissant in it
 
Bake on ungreased sheet pan for 15-18 minutes

Makes 2 Tablespoons
